Hello, Carlos! How are you?
Did your doctor prescribe it for you?
It is listed by the FDA as containing Betamethasone, Clotrimazole and Gentamicin, so it can be used to treat such conditions, but only if deemed appropriate by your doctor. If used improperly, the steroid in it, Betamethasone, could actually worsen some skin conditions.
Its typical side effects are listed as possibly including redness, skin irritation, rash, dryness and acne.
