Is Bilocor The Correct Medication
UpdatedI don't have high blood pressure but had a fast heart beat (165). I was given bilocor. Is this right? My blood pressure was on the low side.

Yes, it can help lower your heart rate, according to the NIH. Its other typical side effects may possibly include nausea, dizziness, headache, increased urination, and hypotension.
Are you on any other medications? How low is your blood pressure?
