The tablet with the AN 617 marking is manufactured by Amneal Pharmaceuticals and they list it as containing 37.5mgs of Tramadol and 325mgs of Acetaminophen. However, the tablet with the 377 marking is manufactured by Caraco Pharmaceuticals and they list is only containing 50mgs of Tramadol, so it is the stronger one.

The FDA classifies this medication as an opiate, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.
