Hi. I bought althea pills over the counter. I have irregular menstration and i just took the pill based on the day stated there. I was taking the pill for 4days already. On my 3rd day. I feel soo down and i feel sick. Is this a common effect for taking the pill or not? And also on the 2nd and 3rd day. I took it always 1 hr late for example i took the pill at 2.30pm on the next day i took it at 3.30. Then on the 4th day i go bavk to 2.30. Is that okey? Is the pill still effective. Thanks for the answer.

Yes common side effect yan, usually nawawala within 3 months pero minsan tumatagal ng 6, it depends. As for taking it late, I think it doesn't matter as long as di lalampas ng 12 hours, so you're fine.
