Watson Pharmaceuticals lists the one with the 853 marking as containing 10mgs of Hydrocodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen, while they list the one with the 3203 on it as containing 7.5mgs of Hydrocodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen.

The FDA classifies this medication as a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.
