It's a genetic tylonol, Ms Right(sometimes). If that feels to strong to you I would definitely stay away from any and all pain killers. Period.

This tablet is manufactured by Time-Cap Labs and they list it as containing 500mgs of Acetaminophen. It is available over the counter and is a generic or store brand of Extra Strength Tylenol. Thus, it is not any type of narcotic or controlled substance.

The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness and headache.

Yes this is a painkiller, its very potent so be careful taking it, if you have multiple do not take more than one. I take it and it works very well for me but sometimes I feel its to strong. Its Acetaminophen 500mg.
