The only way a capsule with no markings could contain 40mgs of Hydrocodone was if it was specially ordered by a doctor and put together by a compounding pharmacy, So, yes, as a capsule, it is possible.

In tablets, Hydrocodone is only available in a max of 10mgs and they would all have markings on them.
