Is Oxycode 05/52 Stronger Than Morphine 30mg Er? (Top voted first)

Hello. I take Norco 10/325 TID with MS Contin 20mg er BID for chronic back pain, sciatica, degenerative disease. I never get drowsy and feel it does the job because I notice no pain. I recently tried oxycodone with the letter M on one side & 05/52 on the other which I think is 5mg. Which one is stronger? The oxy i tried or the MS Contin that I've been on?

20mg Ms is two times Stronger than a 5mg oxy for sure .

I noticed that the original poster had a couple typos when referring to Oxycodone and putting the pill imprint for their Morphine directly afterwards, causing some confusion. They also put Norco 10/325 (Hydrocodone/apap) in the underlying description, so I don't know which of the two drugs they are referring to...

According to patient commentary in a related thread here - milligram for milligram, Oxycodone is reportedly stronger. However, some patients note that they still prefer how they feel on Morphine and vise versa, depending on who you ask.

On the other hand, in Malgus's specific case the MS Contin is at a substantially higher dose than Oxycodone, so I can only speculate that it therefore is stronger.
