@Vijay, Sorry to hear about what had happened to your legs during that accident. I really hope you manage to make a full recovery.
From what I could gather, Maxgalin (Pregabalin) is commonly used for treating the pain associated with nerve damage. So it sounds to me like the doctor gave you the right type of medication for your condition. But none-the-less these kinds of injuries can often take a long time to heal, depending on the severity of it.
