Is 5mg Of Oxycodone A Strong Dose (Top voted first)

I don't ever take anything stronger than aleve. 6 years ago I had surgery and they put me on hydrocodone. It just made me sleepy. Will I have a similar reaction to 5 mg oxycodone?

The Oxycodone is stronger, but it may also cause drowsiness as a side effect, most opiates do. The only way to find out is by trying it.

The FDA classifies this as a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may also cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, dry mouth and constipation.

I had knee replacement surgery 3 weeks ago and they have me on 5mg oxycodone, 1 to 2 every 4 hours for pain. I also take 325mg Tylenol, 3 by mouth every 8 hours. How addictive is this? And how strong is a 5mg oxycodone pill?
