First, there is no 15mg Percocet, so I'm assuming your mean a 15mg Oxycodone tablet.
The 5/325 stands for 5mgs of Oxycodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen. Thus, it would take 3 of them to reach 15mgs of the Oxycodone, but factoring in the Acetaminophen, you may do well with just one or two.
It's also very important not to take more than your doctor has prescribed, because it is very dangerous to exceed 3,000mgs of Acetaminophen in a day.
The FDA classifies this medication as a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.
