Han the way it releases. The 30mg is as needed up to three times a day the 15 is every 12 hours...I can't see taking both of it's the same thing...thank you.

From what you've said, the dosage is different, the 30mg is stronger, but the 15mg is time released.
The NIH warns that this medication carries the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, dry mouth, constipation, and headache.
