i m 19 getng irregular periods its been a mnth i hav nt got periods wat do i do...s it nrml wil it b vry dangerous latr?

Yes a poor diet that is causing you to be underweight and/or deficient in certain nutrients can disrupt your menstrual.

There is no real danger, except to that of your overall health from not eating well, skipping your periods occasionally will not cause any permanent problems.

Have you tried taking a multivitamin, if you don't eat well?
