Hi I've got mescaraige 2 years back n its been hard 4 me I can't see my periods in oder so what can I do I'm married n I'm scared my marriage will end because of this help plz

Irregular period and still (aprox)45 to 55 days late ,pregnancy fast also negative .Name the medicine and suggest me.
