Irregular Periods & Obesity

hi, i m 24 year old, 75 kgs & single i want to ask that i have irregular periods from begining, my 1st period was when i was 13 & after 2, 3 cycles my periods gets irregular, at that time, i don't even bother to go to a doctor, but since im gaining my weight day by day, i finally go for a checkup & my doctor suggests me after few tests of thyroid secretion (which was actually normal) & us pelvic ultra sound (which doesn't show any cysts or abnormality, but report says that polycystic ovaries is noted), that i have minor up to 10% swelling inside & prescribed me pills Primolut N (norethisterone Eur.p 5 mg) for up to 5 days, 2 pills per day and after that to take Novodol family planning pills ( 21 pills containing levonorgestrel 0.15mg with ethinylestradiol .03mg) and (7 brown pills containing Ferrous fumerate 75 mg), i didn't start this dosage since i have few queries regarding their use, such as:

1. will these birth control pill will effect my fertility for giving birth, since i m not married?
2. will these pills will cause more acne on my face, since i have worse acne already?
3. will these pills will cause weight gain, as im 75 kgs already?
4. will these pills will cause severe hair loss or something?

Hi, I also have same problem as yours..my menstrual period started when I was 13 and after 2 to 3 cycles it stopped. I had consulted many doctors but none were able to cure it. When I came to delhi, I had gone to Aiims. They took few tests which were all normal and recommended me to reduce my weight as I am of 75kgs. It was a year back and I have not got my periods. Now I am worried as I did not care to reduce my weight and instead I have started gaining it.. pls suggest me the name of some good hospital if you are taking treatment.
