Irregular Periods Nd Poor Diet

m 19 n i get irregular periods it has been a mnth sinc i din get my period...is it dangerous durng pregnancy...?wt do i do to reduce it...i dnt eat ny veggies pls help me out

If you have a poor diet causing you to lose weight and/or be malnourished, it can affect your menstrual cycle.

Are you sure you're pregnant? If so, then you definitely need to improve your diet and most likely take a good potent multivitamin, as well.
