Irregular And Painful Periods

I have left adnexal mass 3.6 x 3.2 cm. It may be a recurrence of endometriotic cyst. I also have irregular and severely painful periods. So my dr. suggested me to take novodol pills. I took them last month and have 2 iron pills left and today my period has started. Now I need to know if I should finish the first set of Fe pills or start a new pack? And can you tell me how many months I should use these pills?

Yes, you should finish the pills, unless your doctor has told you not to and how long you should take them is up to you and your doctor.

The U.S. FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, irritability and PMS-like symptoms.

Novodol.but I am cotinuous suffring from abdominal pain.when I take Voltfast 50 mg.than My time passed good.Today is my 13 day. I just want to ask any other medicine is there which minimize my cyst mass or my pain is vanished.
