Hi, Tiffen! Sorry about the problem that you're having.
It would really be best to see your doctor for a proper diagnosis and to get a proper medication for treatment, if appropriate.
You can make the guess that both are due to a bacterial infection, but it's very hard to be sure and taking an antibiotic inappropriately creates the risk of developing antibiotic resistant bacteria.
Why didn't you take them when prescribed?
