The pill which you are describing is Acetaminophen + Hydrocodone bitartrate (500 mg - 10 mg). However this pill is noted to be blue and not yellow. My guess is that the manufacturer (Amneal Pharm.) switched the color recently.

Acetaminophen + Hydrocodone is a combination of two types of pain medicine to treat moderate to severe pain.
