This capsule is manufactured by Amneal Pharmaceuticals and they list it as containing 300mgs of Gabapentin, which is an anticonvulsant that has also been shown to help with certain types of nerve pain.

The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, weight gain, mood swings and dry mouth.

Thus, it may help you sleep, due to the side effects.
