Internet Prescriptions!!!

i have been on pain meds(80mg oxycodone) 1 every 8hrs. as long as i can remember. my family and i just moved to an island whos medical staff does not except chronic pain cases. how do i go about maintaining my need for this medication?is it plausable to get a sript. via internet?
