Insulin During Pregnancy

My sugar levels after getting pregnant are 180 plus for fasting n 270plus for pp.i am suffering from sugar from last one year were I was started with insulin lupisulin 30 because of my disease abdominal tuberculosis.
After recovery I was checking my sugar levels wich was 150 in pp.after getting pregnant last month sugar levels increased .my doctor has prescribed lupisulin r three times with 10 units before meals n at night 10pm a insulin named insulated with 14 units,
I want to know tat whether I m in proper medications.
Second my sugar problem will not effect my child if after insulin I have proper levels . Please do guide as I m worried about it.
