It contains: Glucosamine, MSM, White Willow Bark, Ginger Root, Turmeric Root, Cayenne and HA.

These are the same ingredients used in many supplements that claim to help with joint and other health problems and can be obtained at much cheaper prices.

i would like to try instaflex, but I am scared that it would give me stomache problems. I am so sensitive to medicine andcertain foods. I have arthritis and fibramiolga, herniated and bulging disk spinal stenosis, all I have been taken tylenol, sometimes motrin and advill, I had prescription for cortizone but it ruins my stomache for month.
