Insomnia Help

anything new for persistent insomnia?

I've tried sleep apnea clinics, various over the counter drugs..I have RLS so that complicates things.

I can sleep with Ambien but would prefer something not addicting.

Have you ever tried Trazodone? It's a type of antidepressant and many doctors have been prescribing it to help people with sleep issues, since drowsiness is one of its predominant side effects.

The FDA lists the others as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache and dry mouth.

It's an idea to ask your doctor about, since only they can help you decide what is safe for you to try.

Does anyone else have any suggestions?
