What can I take with acxion to help me sleep?

Hi Chell,

From your description, I get the sense that it may be a good idea to talk with your doctor about cutting down on your dose of Acxion (Phentermine) OR perhaps altering the time of the day that you take it in order to truly alleviate this problem that stems from taking it in the way that you have been. Some natural sleep aids that have worked for me include: Lavender essential oil, Chamomile tea, Ashwaganda root, and Cannabis (indica) / CBD's

Does anyone else have some suggestions to add from your own experience?
