Hi Dundee,
Based on my research, the medication Eskaflam contains the active ingredient Nimesulide.
Nimesulide is indicated for the treatment of acute pain and the symptomatic treatment of osteoarthritis and primary dysmenorrhoea in adolescents and adults above 12 years old.
Side effects can include: diarrhea, vomiting, a skin rash, dizziness, and headaches.
I'm not sure how this medication compares to other medications in its class, in order to know exactly how this medication will work you will have to try it yourself- after receiving a prescription from your doctor.
