Ingredients In Diazepam - Any Gluten?

My oxycodone-acetaminophen 10-325 is made by AMNEAL PHARMAC. This a different manufacturer than I had previously. I can't take them, even though severe pain (deteriorating spine, several autoimmune diseases, etc, and I break them into small pieces...they "wire me up", feel like I'm chewing the paint off the wall, and if I take more than 1/4 of one pill, even early in the day, I can't sleep, sometimes for 36 hrs or longer. I take Ambien 10 mg for sleep, I may dose for an hour, two if lucky. Is this normal for this drug? Is this a good manufacturer? Would I be better off if Dr can get a prior authorization for Name Brand. Thank you.

Yes, narcotics can do that to some people that take them, as listed in the side effect information provided by the FDA, along with nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.

It might be better for you to try a different one, because not all may affect you like that. Have you discussed this issue with your prescriber?

It's one of the reasons some people abuse these medications, because they like the way it energizes them.
