I get this burnning redness from my belly fat that covers my pelvic area .
what kind of antibiotic and or cream will clear up the soreness and redness. and burning.

There are several things that may cause such an issue, such as a topical yeast infection or a deeper infection called cellulitis.

And the treatment for each is different.
