Imprint P 500 White Oblong Tablet

I found a pill that has p 500 on one side and blank on the other. It's oblong. I cannot find out what it is. I found it in my kids room!!

Hi Manda,

From what I could gather, a white oblong/capsule-shaped pill marked with P 500, reportedly contains 500mgs of Ciprofloxacin HCL.

This is an antibiotic used for treating various types of bacterial infections.

For verification, the pill itself also carries a National Drug Code of: 16571-412
