These are just an over the counter cold remedy. They are sold under the name Suphedrine PE Sinus Headache and contain 325mgs of Acetaminophen and 5mgs of Phenyleprhine, so nothing to worry about it. They can be purchased over the counter in many stores.

They aren't even the type that you have to ask for at the pharmacy counter and show ID to purchase, these are just available on the regular OTC medication shelves.
