No, they are the new Oxycontin OP, same medication, but they have been specifically formulated to help prevent abuse.
Your pharmacy was permitted to use up their prior stock of the original Oxycontin, but once they ran out, they have to use the new product. They probably did not have enough left of the original to finish filling your prescription, so they had to use the new product.
