Imprint 043 With Triangle

I found a round flat pill thats a light green and one side is blank the other has a triangle with a circle in the muddle and 043 next to it its about the size of a tums my husband thinks its methadone I think its an antacid but don't know where bit came from

And Congratulations! You're the winner of this one, it is an antacid! It's basically a generic or store brand of Tums, 500mg and there are actually 4 different colored tablets that carry this same marking…. green, pink, peach and yellow.
