Immuzinc is a supplement that contains Zinc to ensure that the body is getting enough of this vital nutried, improve the immune system and to help treat and prevent diarrhea in infants and children.

It is contraindicated in people that already have high cholesterol, as it can raise their levels even higher.

Side effects can include: nausea, bad taste in mouth, mouth irritation and sores.

Nurses should know to watch the patient for those effects, as well as possibly worsening of diarrhea.
