They are both different medications. It really depends on which one works best for you. Has your doctor told you to switch?
The FDA lists the typical side effects of Wellbutrin as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, insomnia, and weight changes.
What were you taking? Can you please post back and clarify? Lexapro and Sertraline are not the same medication.
