Im 23 And My Nuts Keep Stinks

Every time I wash them the smell gose away and then it come right back and I know when I take a piss I can smell it its so strong it hits me right in my face and then when I smell my hand I can smell it on my hand and I have to wash my hands twice to get the smell off i don't know what to do I tried to spray axe body spray on them yes it's burns but the smell comes right back what's going on with me and why is this happening please help this is no joke

Actually, it sounds like you may have a fungal infection. It is similar to what many men call jock itch.

The best thing to do would be to see your doctor, so they can check it out, give you a proper diagnosis and then prescribed something to remedy the situation.

There are over the counter products available that treat it, but if you've not had it checked out by a doctor it would be best to do that first.
