Hi victoria,

If you're referring to the diet pill IFA-Norex (Anfepramona), I believe this particular brand is only available in Mexico. So you would essentially have to get it there if you want to legally possess it w/ out a prescription.

There are however American versions of this drug that you may want to look into. Other US names include: Amfepramone, diethylcathinone, diethylpropion, Anorex, Linea, Nobesine, Prefamone, Regenon, Tepanil, Tenuate

You could also try asking various pharmacies if they have carry any of the medications listed above. The only thing is, you may need a valid prescription.
