No, they are not even close to being the same thing.
Lortab contains Acetaminophen coupled with the narcotic Hydrocodone.
But Neurontin contains the active ingredient Gabapentin, which is an anticonvulsant that can also help with certain types of nerve pain and some mood disorders, so it is not an actual analgesic. You actually need to take it regularly for awhile in order for it to have any therapeutic effect, it won't start working within minutes as a narcotic does.
