If You Are Under 100 Lbs Should Get The Full Dose Of Prolia?
UpdatedI am under 100 lbs and have had 2 prolia shots and now experience hip pain. Should I have had a smaller dose due to my low weight?

Hello, Jane! How are you?
Yes, the dosage isn't adjusted due to weight or age.
As to the hip pain, that can actually be a normal side effect of this medication, as listed by the FDA. You may also experience administration site irritation, redness, headache and nausea.
Is there anything else I can help with?
