It's best to abstain from drinking, when taking any prescription medication. However, if your doctor approves of your imbibing, please keep it in moderation and be aware that you may experience more intense side effects than usual, so you may feel more nauseousness, dizziness and drowsiness. Thus, you should also make sure that you will not be driving or operating any dangerous machinery.
The FDA list the other side effects of this medication as possibly including weight changes and hair loss.
