If I Pinch The Back Of My Hand How Long Should It Take To Identify Am Dehydrated

Hear that if the skin of my hand pops right back into place when pinched It I am not dehydrated... True?

Yes, if you pinch it up and it takes a few seconds to go back into place, that is a sign of dehydration.

If you're having a problem with it, unless you're on a medical fluid restriction, then you should make sure to take in at least 64 ounces of liquid each day, not including caffeinated beverages and alcohol.
