John, I take Warfarin and haven't been able to add or subtract anything without doing a series of the INR so that the Warfarin could be adjusted if needed. Is the doctor who prescribed the pain medication, the same doctor who put you on Warfarin? If not, I would call the doctor who is treating the blood clots to see if you need to check (INR) or what. Even Alka Selzer can effect how thin your blood is.
