If I Cant Get Tramadol Than What Else?

im in egypt and have run out of my medication tramadol,is there anything that is similar?tramadol can not be bought or prescribed here.any reply would be appreaciated,thank you.

Have you tried asking a doctor or chemist what your other options are?
