If I Am Taking Amox Clav Can Also Take Sudafed

I normally take AleveD sinus&cold for my nasal congestion. I have not taken any since I started taking Amox/K Clav a couple days ago, but now my runny nose is driving me crazy. What are some possible side effects and risks to combining them?

I didn't find any interactions or problems listed between these medications, but it's always best to double check such information to be sure.

The FDA lists the typical side effects for this antibiotic as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, non-allergic skin rash and diarrhea.
