Whatever you do don't stop taking your blood pressure meds unless your doctor orders it. High bp is the silent killer. You never want to discontinue it without doctors orders, especially if you are dieting, exercising and taking diet pills.
Hello, Mukul! How are you?
What are you blood pressure readings?
Some people do manage to come off of the medication, but it must be done very carefully to prevent rebounds and should only be done, once it is certain that your diet and exercise are really helping.
Is there anything else I can help with?
