This medicine appears to be from Italy. The active ingredients (in italian) are:

IDROCORTISONE + NEOMICINA + NAFAZOLINA

I dont completely know what those translate to. I think the first two ingredients translate to:

- Hydrocortisone
- Neomycin

Not sure what NAFAZOLINA is.

Hydrocortisone is used to treat itching and swelling.
Neomycin is an antibiotic.

I got these drops on a trip to Dominican Republic when I accidently poked my eye with a broken (still jagged) nail. I had tore my cornea and these drops were sent from heaven. I have the ingredients as 100 mL contain:
hydrocortisone acetate 1g
neomycin sulfate 0.5g
naphthylmethyl imidazoline nitrate 0.1g

After not being able to open my eye for three days, just minutes after the first drops I could open my eye! Great for irritated eyes.

Could idroneomicil be give to a new born give 2 drop through the nose amd 1 hour later the new Born was sleeping and having Shaking movement could this be do to idroneomicil been ingest it through the nose and swallowed
