With the description provided, I was only able to identify two of the three abbreviations listed as Triamcinolone + Aquaphor. I'm not quite sure what "mo" might stand for.

Triamcinolone is used to treat the itching, redness, dryness, crusting, scaling, inflammation, and discomfort of various skin conditions.

Aquaphor is a brand that has a similar use as well, in that it is an over-the-counter (OTC) ointment used as a protective barrier to seal in skin's natural moisture and seal out irritants. Although it is approved for various uses, it is commonly used to treat and prevent diaper rash. You can find the Aquaphor brand on amazon or at your local drug store.
