Identifying A Fat Round Pill

This looks like a fat round Advil colored pill. But looking at it more it has some type of like plastic that peals off with we are thinking this is not a pill or vitamin. My mom cut it in half and it had bright yellow in it. I'm worried since my stepfather thought they were Advil & I have problems with pain. He and I just thought they were generic Advil. I've taken one dose of 4 & another of 5 & did notice some upper stomach pain that went away. If anything changes I'll go to the hospital.

Where did they come from? Are the in any type of packaging that identifies them?

The 'plastic' that peeled off may have just been an enteric coating that if often applied to tablets to help make swallowing them easier, and to prevent them starting to dissolve while in your mouth, waiting to be swallowed.

Are there any markings on them?

And why are you taking so many? 4, or 5 tablets far exceeds the recommended dosage amount, and you shouldn't be taking more, unless your doctor has instructed you to do so.
