just wondering Says:
I have some white oblong white tablets scored on one side and printed M525 on the other. I believe these are Ascend Labs Metformin HCL ER 500 mg tablets from a couple of months ago that I didnt finish up when I got my refill prescription. They also could be a different brand that the pharmacy used to fill my prescription.

These tablets are manufactured by Mylan Pharmaceuticals and they list them as containing 120mgs of Diltiazem.
The FDA classifies this medication as a calcium channel blocker that's most commonly used to treat high blood pressure and certain cardiac conditions. Its typical side effects may possibly include nausea, dizziness, headache, stomach pain, increased urination and hypotension.
