Identify Blue Oblong Pill

1 mm, pale blue, scored in middle of one side with 8 and 0 on either side of line; other side has imprint of PSI, crumbles easily

I'm sorry, I cannot find this listed in any of our resources. This means it is either very new to the market or not a U.S. prescription medication.

However, it could be any one of a number of over the counter items or even possibly a foreign medication.

What country was it found in?
