Identification Pill Metoprololre79

I need to know a description of this pill, it is the generic for lopressar. The pill that I have is metoprolol tartrate 25mg

I am on that exact dose of metoprolol tartrate. They are small round pills. On one side it has a score mark down the middle for cutting in half if needed, and on the other side it has a M 18 The M being on top of the 18. Hope I helped
